Hey there! I'm Ani, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N) based in Sydney, Australia. I believe healthy eating should feel simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. My approach to nutrition is rooted in balance, whole foods, and creating habits that work for your bio-individual needs.
My path into holistic nutrition is deeply personal. For years, I struggled with things so many women are told are “normal” but don’t feel normal at all - bloating and digestive discomfort, painful periods, acne and dermatitis, low energy, hair loss, and feeling disconnected from my body. Alongside the physical symptoms, I also felt anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to support my health in a way that felt realistic.
What truly changed everything for me wasn’t cutting everything out or following rigid rules. It was learning how to nourish my body properly through whole foods, lifestyle shifts, and a balanced way of living that supported not just my physical health, but my mental and emotional wellbeing too. That experience is what shapes the way I work today.
I hold a 4-year Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a 3-year diploma in Natural Nutrition with honours from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), where I trained in holistic, evidence-based nutrition that looks at the full picture - digestion, hormones, energy, mindset, lifestyle, and environment.
